Orders are placed and processed directly between members.
"Buy Now" listings can be purchased online by placing an order. PayPal processes payment directly to the member. All major credit cards are accepted. Please limit each order to listings from ONE member at a time.
Online payments are securely processed by PayPal and deposited directly into the member's PayPal account. All major credit cards are accepted by PayPal and you don't need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Financing is available through PayPal Credit, a PayPal service that lets you pay now or pay over time.
Shipping options may be available at checkout if rates are offered by the member for the particular listing at your particular location. The delivery option "arrange delivery with member" is always available for every listing.
The listing member is notified by email immediately after an order is placed and is responsible for packaging and shipping the listing. He/she will update the order status as soon as the item has shipped or an arrangement has been made for delivery. If shipped, the listing member will include a tracking number. A notification email will be sent to the purchasing member. Members can track the order status in their account order history.
Processing times vary. Members are required to ship in less than 1-3 business days. Listings that require additional processing time and special orders may take longer. The listing description must include the amount of time it will take process.
Shipping times vary based upon the option selected and do not include processing time. Purchasing members are responsible for paying any applicable shipping costs at checkout and listing members are responsible for any packaging cost, unless otherwise noted in the listing desccription.
To cancel an order that has not yet been shipped or delivered, have your order number available and contact the member directly as soon as possible! Returns must be coordinated between members. Please see Terms & Conditions of Use for more information, including eligibility.
To dispute an order that never arrived or included one or more listings that were sufficiently different than described, please log in to your PayPal account and submit a dispute resolution following the PayPal Purchase Protection instructions.
